Pathetic client service

Management & Financial is absolutely pathetic. Wanted to do a trade in and gave me a joke of a price for my car. Eventually when we started the finance part, the **** about rating and the process and that another client is also getting approval for the same car. Communication is a joke and they stolled my process so that another client can take the car. The sales men doesn't have a clue of what is going on as it is just another sale for him. I will not refer anyone to this branch at all.
