On the 12 May 2025 I got deal with MOTUS Isuzu Kimberly for an Audi a1 which was from Audi Vereeniging. On the 14 May 2025 while at work I was not able to start the car because of a battery default which I had communicated with my deal assistant from MOTUS Isuzu Kimberly, I was told I had probably left the radio on hence why the battery dead.I told them the was no radio left unattended. 2weeks after that I started getting brake pads issues which i reported with them, went back to Audi Vereeniging where I was told to splash the brake pads with water every-time I go to the car wash. They are unable to assist me any further than that.Went back to the Isuzu team told them I was not assisted and they since kept quite until to date. Meanwhile on the dash board the stop and start function kept on showing up as faulty which was reported and nothing was done. The car kept on giving me starting problems occasionally and as of lately the issue persisted. On the 10th Dec 2025 I contacted Audi Vereeniging to complain and try and get help regarding the battery issue. The car was booked in on the 16 Dec 2025 and I was given a report stating that the battery is defected ,and unfortunately they are unable to provide assistance since the car was bought under MOTUS Isuzu Kimberly. Went back to the MOTUS Isuzu Kimberly team on the 16th Dec 2025 and the response I got was that Audi Vereeniging will not be liable because they performed a roadworthy test on the 22 Nov 2024 on the car and it had passed the test and I have had the car with me for over 6months now therefore I might be the cause of the problem. I don’t not know what was happening with the car between Nov 2024 to May 2025.I can’t not accept the roadworthy test from 6months ago to be accurate and validated. I’am greatly disappointed at the lack of accountability that was shown.Having to drive all the way from Soweto to Vereeniging and getting no valuable assistance from the brake pads and now the battery issue.
