Poor service and communication

I went to do my service in May and they told me brake pads are out of stock. Came back in August for brake pads change and I was still told they are out of stock only for my car to be booked in all day for nothing. They couldn't tell me eta when they'll be back in stock. We in October now I've complained with Hyundai customer care nobody is attending to my complaint. .
