Worst product and customer service experience

Please never never use Motus Ford. Was and is the worst experience ever, they keep a nice juicy steak in front of you and once they have you in there books then all of that is no longer. Then they fix parts witch they damaged on a new vehicle with secondhand worn parts and Ford South Africa is just as lousy as them, after explaining what's going on and they Ford SA acknowledged i was bul**** in a deal, That Motus Ford has to take responsibility for there actions and my vehicle needs to be replaced. Now all of a sudden I have to give them a 4th chance to try and fix this damage and hell of a peace of ******* that is a safety hazard or just live with it.
