Worst experience Ever

Worst Service ever- I purchased my second hand vehicle(Audi A3 2018 Model) with a thought of i would have a peace of mind however i was very wrong. at first i had a battery problem a week after purchasing my vehicle on the 15th of December 2022 and when i queried i was then advised that the manager stated i might have exchanged the battery which raised a lot of red flags that how can i buy a car then later change a battery a whole single mother of 2, after many struggle it was sorted.

i asked Frank if the car was service for the 15000km before handing it to me and i was told yes it was and i requested the service history which was never given to me i have been calling and was advised it would be sent however till to date it was never sent do you know why because they know the service that was supposed to be done before selling the car was never done. My breaks are making so much noise i even told Frank from day one i drove the vehicle that when i increase the speed to 80 or more the vehicle vibrates he told me everything would be sorted.

i am not happy with the service rendered and the lies and promises that were never kept its not even up tp 6 months driving the vehicle however no joy its even rolls back on incline not even sure if it is normal on an automatic car. had it been i test drove the vehicle maybe i would have seen such, you can keep your car !!!
