Worst and most stressful service!

I bought my ford ecosport with them which was a breeze and I have been servicing with them since the beginning-however my car has had a wheezing sound since 30K and I’m now on 45. When I highlighted this with the service agents both times they suggested it was sorted-the last time which was last month on 45 I called back about a day or 2 after to tell that it wasn’t fixed and the agent was adamant that the car was test driven and this was fixed and I was telling her that this sound only comes when clutch balancing especially on a steep hill so it would be possible to miss when driving on a smooth straight road and when slowed down on gear 2 and trying to take off from there-the way I was just so tired and obviously can’t be fighting on this-as I speak I have to take my car elsewhere to be looked at,Ford Kempton park said my problem was fixed when I told then it wasn’t the agent told me it was ,I’m disappointed and just exhausted of repeating the same thing over again-I mean urgh
