Poor Service

Hi, I purchased a second hand eco sport from Ford Kempton in October 2021. And would just like to say the after sales is ridiculous. It is now 4months after purchase and I have still not received my licence disk! If I never received 2 fines in a shopping parking lot in the beginning of February 2022, I would not have even known that I never got a renewed disc from the dealership on purchase! I then contacted them which took a week for them to get back to me to say they had the disc asked for dealer principal after 3 days and was told it had to go to the salesman who did the sale!

I then requested after 4 months of waiting that the guy who sold me the vehicle please meet me close to my home as I am super busy in the day and afraid of driving the vehicle with no disc and today I am still waiting to his agreement of bringing me my disc! (STILL NO DISC)

Please can someone assist with this urgently as I drop kids daily and will Not pay the fines I have already received! The dealership can!

URGENT Response needed!

Ps I will never use this Ford dealership again or recommend them to anyone else!
