Motus Ford - OVER charge on labour.

Incident happened on the 31/12/2020

Vehicle was booked in for a service and i was over charged.

Was charged 3 hours labour but time of quote approved was 2 hours. Just because the dealership closed earlier they had to assign another technician and now the client has to pay.

Please be careful this is not the first time they over charge on labour. Happened at the same dealership during the year when my catalytic convertor failed.

Luckily my insurance picked up that according to the FMCSA they over charging on work that has to be done.

Hopefully Ford SA will get back to me.
