Motus Ford Kempton Park - Mark Griffiths

My vehicle was sent to Motus Ford Kempton Park for a warranty claim on peeling paint on my Ford Everest bumper. When I collected the vehicle it had a cracked windscreen. Motus Ford Kempton park disputed the claim and requested the vehicle be brought back for inspection, after reviewing the before pictures it was clear there was no crack on the windscreen. Their service manager MARK GRIFFITHS was very dismissive and outright refused to take any action or responsibility. Well done Motus Ford Kempton Park for your customer service from your MANAGEMENT.
