Don't come here - fix the car yourself!!!!! You will be better off!!!!

I had a great experience with the administration department but I really feel that after having to return my vehicle for the 5th time for the SAME ISSUE, I realized that the administration department was on the ball but the workshop staff was definitely not!

I am displeased as this is quite frankly unacceptable especially when I am at the umbrella branch for ford and I get told that I should use for Alberton and that I should keep coming back to Ford Kempton and then have to have the same issue after the 5th visit and over R20 000 later and still need to fix a problem they cannot fix!!!

PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME - the technician still had the audacity to tell me I should explain how to do his job!!!

I cannot believe this!!!!
