Disgusting Service from Motus Ford - Paarden Eiland

I am very upset right now, the time is now 15:30 and I have been waiting since 14:00 to picked by a driver from Ford Paarden Eiland to collect my car that went in for a battery change. It's way past my home time on a Friday and I am stuck in the office a consultant (Eddie Rian) dealing with my vehicle promised to call me back as soon as the driver arrives that before 14:00 but every time I am the calling him for a follow-up and with every call he tells me the driver had somewhere else to be for other pick-ups. He said I would be picked at 14:00 and what time is now?!! I have a child to pick up form school! I must drive through traffic!! Very bad service!!! He just doesn't care!!!
