Worst parts quality combined with poorest service ( Renault )

This the worst company to get assistance from. I have written 3 emails and made numerous calls asking for a manger or supervisor to call me back. The parts on their vehicles are of the worst quality and when you want to discuss this with them they send you from pillar to post on their phone line and then try to placate me by giving me an email address that nobody responds to. I would not buy another vehicle from them if it was the last vehicle on earth. Renault is the worst brand to get assistance from
