Kia Umhlanga Service Department-Excellent Service

We had my mums vehicle serviced at Kia Umhlanga on 01 June 2021.

It is my mums first Kia vehicle and we were very impressed with the service rendered by Winston and the team and Kia Umhlanga.

The process was quick and painless. My mum was given updates timeously including a follow up call today.

From check in to pick up the staff are really on the ball. There is no such thing as waiting in that department as every customer is attended to immediately.

The staff are pleasant to deal with and are ready to answer any question one might have. Our vehicle needed some repairs to the windscreen-an external provider was roped in with mums consent to attend to it -this saved us a lot of time.

We will definitely continue to use Kia Umhlanga to maintain my mums vehicle as it was a pleasant experience.
