Motus Bedfordview terrible place for first time car buyers

Buy a car at Motus Bedford view at your own risk.

Not only will they drop of the car at your arranged place but they will drop it with an empty tank, the very one that they had called to tell you a week prior that they are going to fill up. Of which they will tell you come by our offices the next time you are in our area and we will fill it up for you.

When you tell the that you are never in that area and if they can send the amount for you to fill it in, they will tell you about a delivery fee that they did not advise you on when the arrangements were made for the car to be delivered to you, and they will furthermore tell you about how they only fill in the car with a R500 worth of petrol and that when they dropped it off the car had about R200 worth of petrol and that that is the only amount they would pay but also I must remember that they gave me a gift (travel mug, a cap and water bottle).

Mind you there were so many issues experienced with the purchase with them, from them going back on the price and them adding extra accessories to inflate the price.

The worse experience I have ever had and will regret forever. I'd advise first time car buyer to never ever go to that dealership in Bedford view if they want a piece of mind and a happy experience.
