Terrible experience!! Go somewhere else

What a terrible experience my mom and I had here, they are quick to get your R5000 deposit but you'll go though hops to get it back, the held us there for an hour forcefully trying to register us on to there website "new app" they hardly know how to operate.

They made us drive all the way to the bank to get a bank latter to get a re-fund. How easy it was to swipe our card but spent over 4 hours to get it back, mind you we need to wait 14 more days.

The stuff is scread to call the Manger for help if it's the bold guy I understand his super rude. Thank God we didn't buy a car there imagine the paperwork mess we would get ourselves into. Never going back there shame!!
