Unprofessional, underhanded, service from Audi sandton.

Unprofessional, unreliable service from new car salesman Kabelo Monethe. Was promised one of the last Audi A1 40 tfsi in the country (due to chip shortage). Was told car was on its way within 1 week. Eventually told by one of his other salespeople that car was sold by another dealer. The same car was advertised on autotrader for R 40 000 less at the same time by another dealer. Was told to wait, car definitely coming. When I contacted the other dealer: was told that the car was sold the day before. If the salesman told me that the car was not available, I would have bought the same car from the other dealer for a lot less. The manager’s solution was for me to buy a lower spec car with a smaller engine until new cars become available again. Absolutely not acceptable! Did not expect such unprofessional underhanded tactics from a dealership in the middle of sandton. Will ensure all my fellow medical colleagues and friends never deal with this dealership.
