Terrible service from their management

I visited Audi Bryanston because my multimedia was not working and they accused me of spilling a liquid on the console , when I asked for proof they refused and told me to go to another dealership and I was told this by the service advisor and her manager. This was then reported to the dealer principal via email and he responded that he would call me back and he never did.
