RIDICULOUSLY POOR SERVICE

I recently approached Audi Centre Sandton for the prospective purchase of a vehicle.

While the salesperson, Brandin, was courteous, there did not seem to be any urgency or eagerness to sell the car. At times I had to follow-up on progress and there appeared to be no willingness to meet me halfway.

I also tried to contact the Sales Manager, Jean Henderson, via call and message but to this day my calls have not been returned and my message remains unanswered.

Audi centre Sandton alI refused to release the car to another Audi dealership, from which I was receiving fantastic service.

This would probably explain why the car which I wanted to purchase remains unsold despite a price reduction.

The above is particularly disappointing because I really wanted this vehicle.

I would not recommend Audi Centre Sandton to anyone.
