Ridiculous service from Audi Sandton and Audi SA!

I am a very disgruntled customer. Not only from Audi Sandton but from Audi SA. My Q5 is under warranty and I had my brakes replaced a couple of months ago. I have taken my car 3 times to the dealer to sort out the braking noise-the noise is ridiculous! They say they can’t do anything as it’s within specification. So I must drive around with this screeching noise and this is Audis standards ! Ridiculous!
