Putrid aftersales service

I asked my wife take the car in for a mechanical inspection where I upon checking the battery was dead and bought a new one. When the vehicle returned home, I found that the engine blanket was not in the engine bay and my spare wheel was swapped. I've been calling in to get this resolved and always told that there's only 1 service advisor and she's never returned my calls. The service manager promised to get back to me and to date he hasn't bothered. This is the shoddy and putrid service I'd expect from the smaller or even unregistered dealers, not such a huge brand with a reputation to maintain. Very disappointed at AUDI VEREENIGING!!!
