Poor workmanship and service- still don’t have my car fixed and back!

I see someone recently also had to pay continuous repairs- this is my current experience.

I am currently having an issue with Audi Centre Sandton.

They took my care +-5 weeks ago and below summarises the issue I've faced since then. they've put the car on diagnosis and shared there's an issue with the gear box lever costing R21500 to repair. I gave them the go ahead. 16 July. The part was ordered from Germany and arrived. They changed the part and then picked up another issue for another +-6000- I gave the go ahead again Today 23rd August- they have stated there's a megatronics issue with the gear box and it's a cost of 67000 to finish- taking my total cost to repair to R95000.

I went to Audi and stated that for 5 weeks they've had the vehicle and they've been fixing all the wrong things.

I asked for a full refund and to give me back my car the way I gave it to them to which they refused again.

Absolutely ridiculous from this branch and they don’t care. R95000 is an impossible amount, how do I know if they didn’t damage the megatronics in this time. Further, it seems like they don’t care- can’t even provide a courtesy car.

I’m stuck 6 weeks now without a car and been making my own means to get to work and back.

Really don’t know what to do now….
