Poor Service

I am disappointed with the service I have received with AUDI Sandton. Previously I took my car for a repair and I paid the total amount of R44 000 and it came back with oil leak, but when I took it, it wasn’t leaking. Now with the damage of oil leak AUDI Sandton charged me R45 000 again. And there is no timeous response for progress report, I must follow up, been doing that for almost three weeks. Now AUDI Sandton is telling me that there is another problem , which is wiring, something that wasn’t an issue before. Now I don’t know if they know what they are doing or its guess work. I now must go to the fourth week without my car , its not fixed and its not ready. A very poor service :(
