Poor repairs, Poor service

My vehicle is now going in for the 3rd time for the same issue of the air-con not blowing cold air, it seems as though they only fix it temporarily instead of finding the route course. The service from Audi center is poor, there are no apologies or empathy from the staff, i keep getting the same dude as my service advisor who does not pay attention to detail, one would expect excellent repairs and service from the Sandton branch , this is very disappointing to say the least
