Poor customer service.

I have been servicing my Audi cars at Audi Centre Sandton since the early 2000s. I have always received good service from the Service team and the sales teams, however, this week, I sent a vehicle in on Monday. They did call me to advise me that Mandla was my service agent. However, even after leaving messages for him to call me to check the status of my car, he just hasn't bothered. I eventually contacted sales who confirmed that they I formed the service manager, but when I called back later, I could not get hold of Mandla or the service manager.
