Poor customer service at Audi Bryanston pre-owned vehicles

After concluding a deal I had to wait over a week to take delivery of the vehicle. It has been a week since the bank provided the delivery note. How can delivery be delayed because they need to wash the car and repair mag wheels need repair - over 1 week to do all that. Not at all happy with the service. Poor customer satisfaction.
