Paid for an Item to ultimately not receive it...paying for nothing

So I took my car to this dealership for the first time, the servicing of my car was done properly and I'm relatively happy with that. HOWEVER!, of the two repairs required only one was done upon collection of the vehicle, which I only realise after driving off and was almost home so I take the blame for that. What is unfortunate is that I PAID for the second repair which was to replace a broke clip for the driver's side sun-visor. It has been approximately 2 Weeks and up to date the clip has not been replace and my money gone, I called immediately when I realised this was not done on the same day of collection. I was assured that a technician would come to me to install the clip and absolutely nothing!!!! I was called by some technician who apparently lives in my area but after that, I was forgotten about.

So I hope that I get a refund since this dealership cannot fulfil my PAID (R420 for a clip to be exact) request, so I can get a competent dealership to fix what I am paying out of my pocket for.

Unless your car is under plan and going in for purely a service, I would rather take my car to an alternate dealership for repair work where they will do what you pay out of you own pocket for.
