Over 3 months, still no registration

It’s been over 3 months since we bought our car and we are still without registration papers, at this point I’m hopeless because how many times must I go to them to reprint a permit, every 20 days. Im tired of following Tenielle honestly, zero curtesy on just updating the hold up on their side
