No Response From Reeno and Enriqas

I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received from the used car department at Audi centre Vereeniging. It started out all amazing to the point where they even drove out from Vereeniging to jeppestown to view the vehicle we were interested in selling, even agreed to a price that we were happy with and looking forward to signing the paper work and letting the car go. Two weeks later and I had not received any paper work promised to me by Reeno, I then message him and ask for the paper work and he lets me know he will be in training for 3 days. 1 week later and still nothing not even a response to my messages. I then phone the branch and speak to Mornè who directs me to Enriqas who promises to get back to me and does not do so for 3 hours. I then phone Mornè back who was extremely helpful in getting information on why I have been left without answers from the sales person. The sales person and his manager could not tell me themselves that they were no longer going to buy the car because the buyer they had lined up was no longer buying the car, so they would rather leave me wondering what is happening with my deal. I am fairly disappointed and can say I was looking forward to doing business with them and buying a car from them but I can no longer recommend them!
