Losing Faith In This Brand

It's been 2 months now, took my car for a service and also mentioned that there's a sound coming from the clutch eveytime my car stops on a hill or steap. The service went fine and they told me that I can take my car and they will give me a call when everything is approved so that they can fix the clutch or replace it. It's been 2 months... No communication has been sent and I have no idea what to do now. I am losing faith in this brand.. The service advisor was also sending the wrong information to the maintenance company and sending me the wrong Quote.

There's a lot of competition now and I also need to trade in ... How can I trust this brand again.
