Great service

It all started when I made enquiries about AUDI smart service offer, I was answered by Tshidi, she was very kind in asssting me, she made her own enquiries to check if the offer was still.offered by the dealership and she accomodated me for my late afternoon booking. Upon arriving at the dealership my booking was not available due to Late booking however I was welcomed by workshop team who calmed me and made me feel comfortable. My service advisor was Janine, she was superb, very nice, easy to talk to, created a comfortable environment to trust me and her dealership with my vehicle. The loft guys were also great and punctual. The service on my car was great, it was executed to my AUDI expectations. I'm bringing my other Audi here soon. Keep it up guys.
