Disgusting service, empty promises on follow up, lack of respect for clients cars

Absolutely disgusted in Audi centre Sandton! They have really made me reconsider my move from BMW to Audi, the service I received from bmw was the world of difference to Audi centre Sandton. The back story: I serviced my car with them about 3 weeks ago and had a terrible experience, when they app**** lubricant on the sun roof of my car, they took no care whatsoever and sprayed lubricant all over my roof lining and passenger seat (which should have been covered in plastic), this just shows the lack of respect they have for their clients cars. On top of that I had a really expensive pair of Sony headphones which I forgot to take out before the service, ****** out my car and I only realised this when getting home. Have raised a complaint with them 3 times and they’ve promised me that the dealer principle or service manager will get back to me, but nothing!
