Audi Sandton Crashed my car

It seems Audi Centre Sandton has a problem with crashing / damaging clients vehciles while in for a service. My car went in for a normal oil service. I took it in on a Saturday. Audi did not have any transport, so i had to sit and wait the 5 hours at the dealership. They told me it would be done by 12:00pm. I only got the car back at 13:45. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed that the front bumper had been scratched along with green paint from whatever it crashed into. The tank used for draining oil (during an oil service) happens to be the exact colour and shade of the gash on my front bumper. Despite, Audi has denied this happened at the dealership and has even refused to investigate the CCTV in the workshop. Driving the car i noticed something wrong quickly, the car wouldn't accelerate and warning lights came up on the dash. I immediately let Audi sandton know and asked that we get it sorted. I was told audi would come back to me. They never came back to me. Audi also does not provide a vehicle, even when at fault, so now i have to get off work again to take the car back in. Calling the dealership is a problem all on its own as the receptionists lack candour and are quick to snap at an upset client. Eventually after being told by the receptionist that "there is nobody available to talk to" i drove over and chatted with Mohammed who promised to look after me. I have had the most terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone!
