Audi Sandton

My Car was booked for service on 29 August, car serviced however they did not have enough spares. The dealer was asked to check the noise coming from the brakes. For the hand brakes they washed and put the brakes back. They were still making a noise they said that the brakes were fine. The car was picked on 7 September, the brakes stills making a noise was sent back o Audi the Car stayed with them for a month until authorisation was received on 1 October 2024, the car was ready on 5 October 2024. On 8 October the brakes were making bad sound and we raised this with the technician, he indicated that the brakes were gone. He requested that I bring my car for the replacement of the brakes on 15 October. I dropped my car off and during the day he indicated that the back brakes are gone and he will replace them, I was fetched by Audi on 15 October to collect my car, he did not give me paperwork however I requested via email and to this day have not received it, he did however send a report saying that the disc was not scored as I was worried that the brakes might have scored the disc. Too dates still waiting for the paperwork on the brakes. The next day the brakes were still making a noise and it was reported to the Technician working on the car. He said that I should bring my car in we arranged in November due to work commitments, I tried to get hold of him on 4 November, he did not answer, I then wrote a email to the service manager, he indicated that Tebogo resigned and that there was no record of the back brakes been changed he then indicated that I should bring my car on the 14 November for assessment. The Technician working on the car indicated that my brakes are gone and that they have no record of the brakes been changed at Audi. He said the back brakes were changes and its not audi approved. My worry is how can this be since it was changed by Audi Sandton, I took my car in for that purpose. They also indicated that I need to pay for brakes. How can I pay for brakes when my car just came from service on 8 October. *****ulent activities happening at Audi
