Audi Bryanston Terrible Service!!!

I used to think Audi Centre Northcliff was the absolute pits. Audi Bryanston has shown me there is a level lower than the lowest.

Just getting someone to pick up your call is a mission, nevermind the fact that the service advisors are never available and never return your calls. Asking these guys to update you on progress is simply asking for too much. No wonder my car is always there in their workshop, can't organise a **** up in brewery.

On my 3rd and last Audi thanks to these horrific experiences. Service quality sucks big time!
