AUDI BRYANSTON DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Audi Bryanston has had my car for 2months now, my warranty company says they have double billed on labour, audi will not sit down to a meeting nor will they answer the complaint I have submitted to the Ombudsman. I have been without a car for 2 months now and having to pay for Ubers, Audi bryanston states they are in the business of selling and repairing cars not car hire so they cant help me. Yet my car has been sitting with them for 2months because they misdiagnosed the problem and over charged on the labour, now they refuse to meet and I can not afford R50,000 repairs. I am about to loose my car because the likes of audi bryanston get away with what they do. DO NOT BUY AN AUDI!!!!! Disgusting service!!!!!
