Atrocious service with poor communication - no spare key after 8 months

I have not received a spare key for my car after purchasing the vehicle from the dealership more than 8 months ago.

My phone calls, emails and messages are ignored by the leadership. This has had nearly fatal effects on our family when we could not find the key for an emergency and no one from the dealership rep**** to my contact to give me a clear solution. I have not been treated with dignity and disrespect by the team.

I am still awaiting to receive my spare key event until today.
