****** at gunpoint while on Audi Bryanston's premises; they don't care

I was ****** at gunpoint while on Audi Bryanston's premises on May 2nd 2024. I was in my car and inside the security barrier, showing my drivers license to the guard when it happened. Audi basically don't care. Please be careful if you visit this garage.

In addition, Audi broke an armrest in the car and can't fix it. And the vehicle that was supposed to collect me and bring me back to the dealers (I had a new battery fitted) was 90 minutes late for no particular reason.
