<p>Hello Peter, I have written to you about this before but I am not sure if have made any effort to assist me but I have no receive any feed back at above mentioned company received my payment (R3000) 25Nov16, I couldnt commit to their requirments and my trip was cancelled i requested for my refund on the 02Dec16 and still to date they have not paid me back all they do is make excuses and the ignore me. I really need help on this I am writting for the 2nd time now about this. Please help!</p>
