Bad Service
I bought a fuel pump for my vehicle on Thur the 29th of Jan '15, around 13.30 for R1 200. An hour later, my mechanic called me and advised me that the pump does not work because my vehicle wasn't even starting, whereas with the old one, my vehicle was starting well. He removed it immediately.

The following day I returned the pump to the store around 13.30 and the saleslady who sold it to me, Florah told me to return for a refund on Tuesday 3 Feb, in order to give them time to test it to find out where the fault is.

On Wednesday the 4th, I went to the store and she told me the manufacturer's testing machine would only be available to do the testing in 2 weeks. I insisted 2 weeks was too long, then she passed the buck to her colleague, Mike. Mike told me that its actually the person who does the testing (and not the machine) who was on leave and would be back in 2 weeks. On requesting to see the Store Manager, a guy called, Sagga, he just looked away, and disappeared to the back.

I fear that I will not get my refund despite the fact that the store sold me a wrong pump. There attitude makes everything worse. R1 200 down the drain is unfair.
