Poor service

I've been trying to sort out a problem with Mototŕonix for some time now. I asked the owner Morne to give us a quote on replacing the garage doors and to have a look at why it opens and closes by itself. We accepted the quote, and he came to fix everything. He assures me that the doors will not open by themselves any time soon. So I paid him.

The next morning, when I got up and went to the garage, I found that the doors had opened during the night and stayed that way. I then contacted him, and he came out again and said it was the switch on the wall. He then broke something inside the switch so that the switch against the wall didn't work at all and said he would come back and replace it on Monday as it was late Friday afternoon.

Monday late afternoon, I contacted him and asked if he was still coming, and he promised me that he was on his way and was just waiting for a client. Thursday came, and he still didn't come. I messaged him to find out when he was going to come, and now I don't even get a response from him. I contacted him on Friday again, after our garagedoors opened by itself again, twice in half and hours time but he doesn't even answer the phone or respond to my mgs, but I can cleary see on WhatsApp that he is online. It just goes to show that you can't trust anyone. If they have your money, they don't care if they did a great job or not. They just want to suck you dry. My advice to anyone who wants to use his service. Wait until the last day before you make a payment, just to be sure everything is working properly. I think he gives you 12 days to make a payment. Use those 12 days to make sure everything is working perfectly. I'm actually sorry it had to come to this. I never did a review before, and I liked the guy, but I'm just sick and tired of people taking advantage of me.
