PATHETIC OWNER MECHANIC RELATION TOWARDS CLIENTS

After paying an amount around R12K for mechanic repairs on my BMW F30 and only having it for 4 days, the car started to give me issues. I took it back to their workshop for a request for it to be checked, and the owner mechanic started swearing at me at the reception area and called me all sorts of names with the f*ck you phrase repeated many times, in the presence of his wife, receptionist and another client. He even took my car keys and wanted to through them out the door and said I must take my s**** car and get the F* out his place.

The owner even rushed out from behind the locked reception counter and wanted to ASSUALT me, he was restrained by his wife and receptionist. The wife will always defend her husband, irrespective of the truth or not.

Sometimes we trust that these workshops are registered and regulated, thinking that customer care and after service are an important element in their business.

I would not recommend anyone in the JHB area to even consider their service as they deal with BMW and Minis. The bad and ill mannered owner who constantly swears in front of his customers leaves you wondering what he will say or DO to you when you have a return query.
