nonsensical service/rude behaviour

<p>I took my car for key coding after buying a lockset, the boss as he call himself promised to fix my car but failed dismally. He openly told me he cant do what I have requested and told me he wont refund. He is very rude and short tempered. I wonder if he knows about customer care. I took my car back this morning requesting him to address my concerns instead he said he will redo the car to its initial stage when I brought it in and he wont refund me.</p>
