need the refund

I will never buy a vehicle from Motostop in Pretoria. They purchased a car that was not in a good condition, the bumper had glue, the colour of the doors are painted with different colours and inside the door handles has a black mud if you open the door you have to wash your hands and it is melting when the sun is hot. The car had a drive fault in 2 days after car collection. They insisted that the fault was caused by the car tracker but that was not true. I paid my money to fix that drive fault now they do not answer my calls. I want the refund.
