Ordered parts

My husband ordered parts for his KTM motorbike about 4-5 weeks back.<br> They did not call him, after they said they will. After he called them, they said they would call back.<br> They called last week Thursday to let him know that the parts arrived. Upon arriving at the store in a different town than we live in...they gave him the parts...only a third of what he ordered. No excuses, nothing.<br> Once again, they would courier him the filter (second part of three parts ordered)...they still have not yet.<br> They really have pathetic service...<br>
