Denial of inferior quality product
It is common knowledge that the stator for XCW ********** / 2016 has a limited life. When ckaiming against warranty od the failure of mine stator which is under 30 hours operation time. I am told out of warranty. Never mind where i was when it failed......so much for KTM quality.
Good day, when one needs a bike repaired there are steps that must be followed. First take the bike in to an approved dealer (an imported step indeed) not just a phone call. Then the dealer will start the process.
1 Find the problem,
2 Is bike still covered by manufacturer,
3 has the bike had all required services
4 and so the list goes on.
The bike’s quality can not be to blame if the owner cannot follow the manufactures service and maintenance on its product. Under 30 hours on a bike that is 2 years old? You will also know after buying an off road motorcycle that no manufacturer gives warranties on off road bikes.
Only advice I can give you is to take the bike in and follow the correct steps!
