Payment of long overdue outstanding balance

They sold the car on my behalf around January 2020, until today they never paid the full agreed amount. We agreed on R110 000 but they only paid R50 000 and this R50 000 was only paid because we had to fight with them. Tried to request for assistance from MIOSA but my request was declined because there is money involved. Right now I don't know what to do in order to get my money, kindly help me get my money back.
