Pathetic after sales service!

Waited 3 hours to be towed in. I told Dolf from Executive Motorworld Bloemfontein that I have been waiting for 3 hours! His response : SO WHAT! Previously there was a guy called Len who said he did some things on our car only to find out it was not true although according to him we need not to pay for it! Other than that is there as woman called Petro. This is one of the most rude people I have ever come across. Had problems with double deductions and threats that our car would be taken back! That is in short the personnel of Executive Motorworld. Dont complain to the head of this company cus this guy does not even know what is going on in his workshop! Only one guy called Altus is competant to work there.
