GATVOL!

Bought a car from them in August 2020. The car started overheating the same day. A week later they fetched the car to fix it. Two weeks layer the car gave the same problems. I took the car back to from Kimberley. We struggeled for about a month until they agreed to give me a different car wich was delivered without a permit or anything legal for the car to be on the road. The couriered me a permit that expired in October. Two weeks later the new car also had issues. We waited until December to get the Papers for the car to get it licensed. I paid for the license and number plates out of my pocket R816. (they invoiced us for licensing) but i couldn't get the license disk as the first car they sold me (that we returned to them in September) is still on our name and have outstanding license fees. After numerous calls to Steve (the manager) and Robert (the CEO) The tell me that apparently the car belonged to a different garage (berage auto) and that i must speak to them to get the refund and the issue of the license resolved. My point to them was that we bought the car from Executive, our invoice says Executive and the bank contract says Executive. Why must i now deal with a lady called Gina from Beraga(who never answered a call or rep**** to a email or whatsapp) auto to solve this problem. I will never ever recommend them to anyone nor will i ever do business with them again Ever.
