Non-agreement policy

I have recently bought a car in October 2020 and I am currently being financed by Standard bank with the agreed amount instalment. It has come to my attention that Motorwise(innovation group) insurance are debuting an amount of two hundred and ten rands from December which does not form part of my monthly car debut with Standard Bank.

I have called and tried to resolve and cancel the insurance on numerous occasions however It has been unsuccessful because the insurance company is still debuting money. Lastly, may they please refund the money they have been debuting for the past two months since this was a non agreement policy and it appears to me as *****, moreover I have not signed any agreement(contract) with them nor do I have any policy number to prove that I have willingly joined their insurance company. May you kindly please assist.
