Bad Service

On the 2nd of Jan 2015 I took my car to replace some parts : Golf 1 Chico. Parts Replaced: Steering Rack, Shocks, Ball Joint, end tie rod, mount shock . Fitment of the parts was fine. only problem was when I went to fetch the car around 16:30, I realised there was a problem with my gear system. Gear 1 didn't go through. at the time they were already closed. so I decided I will come back the next day. Next morning I called the dealer, spoke to john, the person responsible for my account. I explained my problem to him, he told me I should bring my car to the dealer to get checked out. As per my arrival I found John at reception, who instructed technician(Danie) to put the car on their system so they can assess the problem. I was told that there is no bushes in the gear liver n the gear liver was worn out, which I was not informed about when I came to fetch the car. keep in mind that, when i brought the car over it was perfectly fine. I asked the Danie & John what happened to the gear liver bushes, he told me he doesn't know. John told Danie to remove the car from the inspection system and said should I leave their store & go fix my problem elsewhere. Please Help!!
